Taking a stab at the gcode,
one pass at the inner circle at half-depth, one half-pass at full depth until you were at the inner edge of the hole, then a full-depth pass of the hole diameter to drop the
material?

this one line does the hole and creates that drop. It starts in the center of the hole to be cut and swirls to the edge of the big hole, goes around and then swirls back in on the smaller diameter. It leaves a perfect circle with no burr or bump at the start/stop point.
