Second vote for The Interrupters, hidden gem of a band right there. The female vocalist adds a great dimension, sort of an early, harder, smokier Gwen Stefani/No Doubt meets Rancid vibe...

I listened to the macc lads, I dig it.
I’ve been on a huge protopunk kick lately, the early form of punk, which i’m sure you’re familiar with.
