Clearly a m enace to society. Grow up! Get a job!
Lots of good car spotting today. Parked next to two cars on my bucket list. A manual, yellow something-something-5 (I’m blanking on the name. I literally just said it too) and a manual Baja! Silver, but that gets a pass since the body cladding is matched.
And more sexy Mazda action at the trailhead for Mt. Si.

I think the most rare thing in any of those photos is the Protege 5 with no rust. I swear every one of those has developed rusted out rear f enders.

I hear that whenever I post a pic of one, but there are tons of rust-free examples in the PNW. Probably see at least a couple nice protege 5's a day...

Maybe road salt used here in the prairies is especially unkind?

I bought a 2003 and got rust proofing done at dealer.
I even had rust under the rust proofing.

The rear quarter view of an Outback Baja reminds me of the same view of a first generation SsangYong Musso dual cab...

They really are. The perfect combo of things. Sadly I don’t think they’re mundane enough for Subaru of today.
