Good

Rad

Period-accurate sizing and white lettering. Nice upgrade. Minilites look good on so many 70s/80s roadsters and this is no exception.

Looking good.

I’m torn on the RWL... Normally I love the look. You’ll just have to fill Oppo with pictures of your car so it can grow on me. ;)

Love it! Very 80s with the TAs!

They look great but the center caps look a bit odd.

I love the wheels, they are great. I would love the overall look more if the letters were turned inside.
As an aside, I have those tires on my El Camino. They are not what I would call high performance.

Looks good but I’d figured out if you could fill in the center caps with a Celica emblem, Minilite logo, or something similar! Do they need those little center cones to clear the rear axle nut or could you rock without them and get a flush-mounted center cap?

White letters out is an automatic ‘hell yeah’ from me, so that plus the minilites is a double hell yeah.

I might be in minority here but I liked your old setup better.

Good choice, I raise you a Pepsi.

Now it needs a 22RE-T swap!

I don’t think these exact ones would fit, but I’m just throwin it out there
Celica wheel center caps.

I will say I preferred the previous wheels, but your car looks great as always.
I must have asked you this before, but did you ever consider Supra/GT-S wheels? Or is that a little too on-the-nose?

They look good on that car, I approve. I am a weirdo about tires , I firmly believe a Japanese car should have Japanese tires!! I really wanted Yokohama tires for the Z because the car was built there... but the Toyos were so much better from what I read that I went with those... it still bothers me

They’re all made in Brazil, anyways :P
I get it, I was looking for Pirellis when I got new tires for my Lancia. Nothing really in size unfortunately, but one day I’ll spring for classic CN36s.

The tires, not the cars. Unless I’m misinterpreting your meme.

Oh I know, my Z was built in Yokohama in 1971, no doubt.
