And I have no idea how many were made... Can’t seem to find the info either. Anyone would know?
Paint is shit on it, but the car is very good mechanically... can’t wait to try it!

Wasn’t that in one of the Granturismo games? It does sound more interesting on paper than the normal March/Micra of that generation.

Pedant: It’s Tommykaira.
Anyhow... AFAIK the M13's fairly plentiful - at least a thousand or so. Should be a ‘TK0nnnn’ serial number on it.

No it’s not... if you look at the logo, it does indeed look linked, but when looking in detail you can see that it’s not... the background just makes it look linked. The lack of capital K on kaira helps with the illusion...

Dude. No. I don’t care what your ‘JDM’ buddies told you.
It’s Tommykaira or . No capital K. No space.
Do not argue with Tommykaira themselves.

Have you reached out to them and asked?

Yeah, it's Tommykaira, but Flavien literally lives and works in Japan. He is the JDM buddy. Generally he's right on these things.

You do realize that I live in Japan right? JDM cars are just called “cars” here... So my JDM friends are just friends too... Also, Japanese writings have no spacing between words. This is an anglicized name, therefore written in katakana with no space and translated as such by most japanese when written in romanji (regular letters). Not a single logo, including the non-Tommy Kaira owned website you just linked have the name attached...

Tommy Kaira does not exist anymore

So much for that idea then

Yes it made an appearance in GT2 :)

It most likely is not Tommykaira... This is directly translated from Japanese in katakana with no spacing... Japanese don’t ever translate katakana to romanji (regular letters) well. Point is that no a single logo is attached, they all have a clear spacing between both names... I’ll give you that it’s written “Tommy kaira” and not “Tommy Kaira” though.

well, based on that M13 ....... Not so well hahaha
But if I cared about how cars I buy looked I would stick to only selling Skyline and Supra like everyone else :)
It represents a period in the japanese car culture. The origines of tacky car tuning. I like it for what it is :)
And based on how it sounds, it should be a BLAST to drive!

Hey man, any chance in hell you might be willing to help gets some parts for a Japanese
vehicle, parts that are near impossible to find in the US?
