*we keep calling things, .....lopnik. But we are Oppositelock, WE ARE OPPO!!!!!
Anyway. I was going to make totchos this morning but as I was working on the bakery aisle last night. I thought, why not a wrap.
Opened a medium sized wrap, added some mixed grated cheese, and then the beef mince and peppers in a spicey Mexican sauce,
Wrapped it up,
Then wrapped it in streaky bacon,
Initially I thought I would bake it, but then decided to fry it in butter,
Oh man, it’s so good,

I instantly want to eat my phone. This is well done. If I were Gordon Ramsay I’d probably say something like “fawwk me that looks proper delissshus”

I hope you get some sleep mate, if you can get at least 90 minutes you should at least get some REM sleep and feel rested enough to make it through.

It was fiddlier than making totchos but the extra effect really made a difference.
After all, who doesn’t like bacon.

I love bacon. Totchos aren’t something I’ve had, all this does is make me count the days to my Europe trip even more. Looks incredible.

I’m not getting any sleep, so I’m instead typing an idea for a car review. I want to take a VW Jetta from Puebla to Silao, and talk about VW in Mexico on the way there.
Thankfully my lab asignment doesn’t include any dangerous stuff, so even if I’m half asleep, I won’t endager anything but my average

Totchos are Mexican or South American I believe. It’s not something I’ve seen in Europe but found on the internet and so easy and good.
Hash browns, grated cheese, sp icey beef mince, grated cheese and then topped with fried diced panchetta.
I suppose the European similar would be chips, with donner kebab meat, garlic mayo and chilli sauce.
Though the donner kebab usually comes like,
Just experiment with what you like.
You could have a bacon buttie (bacon in a buttered bread roll) or notch it up a little. warm a naan through, fry some streaky bacon on a griddle pan and bast with Maple syrup, then toast the naan in the juices of the bacon, add a little cheese spread to one side and add the bacon, fold over and enjoy.

I miss science experiments.
I used to set up the experiments for my physics and chemistry teachers.
Especially after they’d set it up and I’d critique it and point out the many variables that would affect the outcome, they then just said, ‘well you do it then’. I enjoyed doing it and they appreciated the time they could use elsewhere and knew I did a good job.

I’m really good at setting up and using the lab, I’m just really bad writting up reports

I hear that.
It was the same in maths (sorry, U.S. ‘math’), I could do the arithmetic in my head, but the teacher would insist I show the working, but I couldn’t as my brain was saying, ‘you got the answer, why do you want to waste time thinking and writing about how you got there’, so lost a lot of marks.
My parents wouldn’t even let me have a calculator until I could do the maths in my head

I was like that in middle school, but then my school’s algebra levels dropped, so now i need much help from the calc. Which ina normal university doesn’t matter, but here they have a stigma with “ingeniero de calculadora”

Actually, I did make two. The other is in the fridge for tomorrow morning.
I'm going to do a breakfast one as well tomorrow I think.

It is, but it’s not too much, because you can never have too much bacon.
