I believe 5:14ish in is a call for a larger Smart Car burnout, ma’am.
Please defend the good name of the Smart Car with the rowdiest burnout possible from your fleet. Thanks in advance.
Seriously, I have a feeling the new electrics with the right systems disabled would be lil’ burnout monsters. T
his tiny mouse poop jar must not stand!!!

Hmmmmm...I bet I could do a better burnout provided crappy tyres and something to keep the car stationary (the brakes cancel out throttle). ;)

Disconnect the brake light switch?

That kills the transmission lol. These cars have a bunch of failsafes in them.

Tape the brake light switch such that it’s always depressed even when the pedal’s actuated? (Although it’ll probably figure that out, the Germans DO often think of things like that...)

Hmm. Is there a fuse to pull?

There is Fuse 11 (this fuse is also disabled by putting the car into Dyno Mode) . I forget if that disables the braking failsafe, however I can test the next time it’s wet outside. If you have good enough rubber there’s no way you can do a normal burnout without having some wetness first.

where there’s a will, there’s a fuse to pull
