SPOILER ALERT as seen on Jalopnik:
Kimi sets Monza record, in a car that has 13" tires. The whole car just looks unproportional to me with these tiny tires, however I bet there are some significant aerodynamic gains by having a shorter tire. Rumor has it that they will be going to 18's or such in 2021.

Thirteen inch diameter
rims
, not tires. The tires are
roughly 26-3/8" tall, which will likely
remain the same when they switch to 18-inch rims in the fu
ture.
