I also substituted the expensive factory tensioner tool with a 4ft long extension and a piece of wire .

Most if not all of my pulleys are making noise and I gotta replace them but ugh I don't wanna it's so tedious

My pulley was super squeaky when I bought my Mini. The replacement pulley also squeaked for about 4 months. Doesn’t make a peep now though.
