I realized recently that all my truck pics are scattered across many posts, including “throwaways” like “goodnight Oppo” and the like. So here are all my best photos! I am still driving it, but I think I’ve exha usted all the photo locations here in Fort Langley.
Some are clearly superior to others, but which ones do you like?

I like a lot of them. 4 is my favorite followed by 13. I like how they could be from any point since the truck was made.

Honestly, all those are pretty sweet. It’s a very photogenic box.

The side view lens flare gets kudos from me. Quite nice and difficult composition.

That’s probably my favorite part about driving it in the countryside. When it’s just you, old farms and old asphalt, it can be any year you want it to be.
I honestly
think it is the closest thing you can get to time travel.

Can you run year of manufacture plates in BC now? Love the Expo plates.

Too many good ones. A few don’t do much for me, like the last two, but the three before that are great, and overall big thumbs up.

Nah, I simply drive around with them on sometimes. Totally illegal.
I’ve passed RCMP officers, but I find that if you drive a shiny old car (either my truck or my dad’s Corvette) cops tend to turn a blind eye to any minor law breaking like speed and illegal plates.

Should have known - I forgot that the BC provincial government strictly
prohibits fun or the appearance of fun in any and all activities of daily life.
It’s c
ool that the RCMP don’t give you trouble because it looks great on the truck.
