Because I’m lazy, here’s the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Pretty sure there’s nobody remotely close to me but Id me more than happy to drive the car to the Albuquerque, Durango, Flagstaff, Santa Fe, and Phoenix areas for a sale to a good home.

Tell me about the mud flaps. How did you go about mounting them? I have been looking at putting a pair on the rear of mine but haven't been able to come up with a mounting idea that I like.

Ehhhhh, probably the worst thing I’ve done to the car tbh. I just used some self tapping screws and drilled them into the plastic inner fenders, which worked fine itself.
The problem as you might be able to see is that the left side got melted because the muffler is right there ( t he right side is fine because one-ball exhaust).
If I were going to do it again I would definitely do something to rectify the amount of heat it gets exposed to.
Also, they don’t do anything to keep the back of the car clean. All the dirt, etc. that gets all over the rear is due to the aero of the car.

I'm not looking to keep the car clean, more something to fill the massive amounts of space that exists under my Minis butt. There's too much space under there for my liking, especially on my 175 section snow tires.

If you’re looking to just fill up space, I’d say go for it. And with the R50 exhaust you might be able to get away from the heat issue.

It’s possible that I might have less of an issue but I think the mufflers on an R53 are actually further from the rear corner than the muffler on the R50. I’d have to look closer to know for sure.

Good luck with the sale! I’d love to find an R56 LCI like this (even though I prefer the pre-LCI looks). Pretty much the perfect car for me. I also had a non-S R56 as my first car, so may be a little nostalgic.
