I’ve decoded the riddle. The plate indicates that the vehicle and its requisite accessories are “ hate taxes” or taxes he must pay for his hate, the brodozer being the official vehicle of hate and bigotry.

Looks like his last car was a camry and he got attached to the dent.

Well the more options on your loaded truck, the more sales tax you pay, which is pretty high since we don’t have income tax. Whereas with a Prius you get a rebate, so yeah.

No, that’s not how this works. If you wrote me a check for all that I and my employers have paid in to social security & Medicare, I’d be happy to give up my citizenship and move somewhere sane. If I’m paying out my nose in taxes, I might as well get socialized healthcare.

I could still do all these things when I visit during my government-mandated 5-6 weeks a year of vacation just like everyone else from civilized countries do when they visit  the US.

Yeah, but not so many here as you might think.  The patriotic thread runs much stronger.  But, they also like to think they are heirs to the independent Lone Star ™ streak, even if only in spirit.  I suspect that may the origin of this particular license plate.  Mostly harmless, but still begging to be made fun of.
