A week or two ago I saw an FG4 Civic Si coupe with a fart pipe and EXQUSM3 vanity plate driving like a douche on Rockville Pike .

Thankfully Wisconsin has a plate transfer form for just such occasions. So my VR4 741 plate stayed with the car.

Owned a green MX5 that they got the vanity plate for, but then ended up having to sell the car so they decided to keep and transfer the vanity plate to another vehicle to avoid losing it, and in hopes of someday having a green MX5 again?
