I have more questions about the building behind the car than the car itself.

Thought thru-wall ac, but then why would the elec service for the building be running through it, so probably not that, and why is the service routed as such to begin with unless underground utilities, but then why run it all the way up... And hey, a door in a door...
Does look like a Camry dent though.
