Kinja'd!!!

A quick Photoshop showing what would happen if I merged the GT race car bodywork details with the road car test mule’s proportions.

I think it looks good, if a bit predictable.

While I hoped it was a Cadillac, (so that the front engine Vette would live on,) I think this is definitely going to be a Corvette now.

I dunno, that side vent is screaming ‘Updated Cadillac Cien’ to me.

M aybe , but I think the headlights , grill shape, and window outline is TOTALLY from Corvette DNA .

I’m betting on either a Cadillac SuperHaloCar that will not sell, or a higher line Vette to be sold along side the FR/RWD Vette at a higher price point as a Halo or Ford GT beater.

Chevy would be STUPID to replace all the Vettes with a MR Vette.... but then again its 2018 and nobody can predict anything anymore, since nothing is sacred .

Feeling less and less like a Caddy to me.

I think it’s either a new SuperHaloCar from Corvette ( in addition to the front engine one) or it’s a total replacement as the next gen Vette.

If it’s the former, then it will cost $180k-$220k .

If it’s the later, can they keep the ~$75k-$120k price it’s at now?

Followup question, if there ARE  going to be 2 Corvettes, when and where is the next front- engine test mule ??

Maybe they’re going all C4 on us and keeping the C7 around for a few decades unchanged....
