Chair looks cool! I hope you don’t mind me saying so though, but your entertainment center seems to be a bit of a time warp (tube TV!, original Xbox? )

Looks to have more adjustment than the average Miata seat. ;)

I like that the seat belt latch is still there.

Origial Xbox, PS2 (underneath), Wii and Dreamcast are all under there. These are off to the side.

And it’s a 32" Sony Trinitron XBR manufactured in 1992 . 3 S-Video inputs, 3 composite inputs and 2 coax inputs. It’s perfect as a retro-gaming tv.

Ohh saw the Wii, but couldn’t tell what the PS2 was since it’s just a black blob. Black Dreamcast didn’t register (I saw the controller, but took it for a 360 controller, though I see now the center piece is deeper and grayer). Quite a collection off to the side there.

Yeah it’ s hard to make out the Dreamcast especially since it’s a black Sega Sports edition.

Definitely. When I bought my current TV, one deciding factor in paying more for the Samsung over the TCL was that it still had a component/composite input (it’s a weird combo adapter). Getting much harder to get those classic systems on screen, and I’m sure the tube TV is a better fit since it is what they were designed to output to natively (except the X box which could do 720p, though didn’t really have the power to do so in most games ) .

Honestly it’s not even worth playing older systems on modern tvs. At least with emulation you can supersample.

1992 me would be so jealous if he wasn’t stuck behind hte tv trying to swap the fucking nes rf adaptor out

Lol yeah thats what makes having 2 RF connectors amazing. Especially because the signal is so weak from systems like the Atari 2600 or Colecovision that it won’t trip an automatic switch.
