Installed a thicc rear sway bar. No more understeer!
Realigning the rear subframe was a PITA tho...

This is on my list of mods to do to my Mini. How stiff did you go?

I chickened out and went with a 19mm Hotchkiss bar since thr Mini is still my daily. I tested the softest and the middle setting and the middle setting works well for me. I'll test the stiffest one tomorrow.

I’ve been driving the Mini for a while now on the stiffest setting.
I would suggest to get a more stiffer bar since you do autox yours . Even at highway speeds there is no oversteer during sudden lane change: the rear end moves, yes but it stops moving as soon as you stop turning the steering. Also, t here is virtually no understeer on the stiffest setting unless you stab the throttle mid corner in 2nd gear.
I have not tracked the Mini tho, so IDK how it’ll behave under say heavy trail braking.
