This IROC-Z was parked near my townhouse today. And honestly oppo: it was so clean....I would’ve said this was it’s first ever visit outside. Absolutely immaculate condition, inside and out. It even had the factory leather t-top bags folded dealership style under the rear hatch

T-Tops are so cool!!!

I can’t even begin to express to you how perfect this Camaro was. It was like it had been frozen in time since purchased at the dealership. No scratches. No dirt. No fading in the interior. The steering wheel looked like it had never been touched. I should’ve  peaked in a bit more to see if I could see the odometer.

It will be cool when these are getting fully restored past oem spec in however many years, that the panels gaps get evened out.  The driver side Door looks like you could fit a finger in it, but the worst part is that the passenger door dosent

I saw one too yesterday while coming back from work sitting in traffic. Clean, red, same alloys, not a t-top if I recall correctly though.

I’m considering getting another and restomodding it. The biggest mod would be tightening it up (starting with a hardtop version) I had an 87 350tpi and for all it’s flaws it was one of my favorites. I even put a proper yellow on it as the OEM yellow was a bit on the washed out  side. Sometimes I miss painting.
