Also, we found out he is deaf which we have suspected. So, he’s just like “Lalala, I can’t hear you.”

Ya, it’s really not that much different.
The only real problem is when we are trying to get him to stop doing something “NO!” doesn’t have any effect like our other cat. We have to pick him up and move him away from whatever he’s doing.
Also he doesn’t meow correctly, it more like mewwwwww, wh ich is pretty cute .
