As far as I can tell it isn’t a Brabus, just the wheel cover, was the AMG G not good enough for your ego?

Man, I had such a bad Turo experience that I can’t really stomach looking at their signs. They have billboards saying “better than a rental car”. Sigh. I’m sorry, but if a rental car is late or broken, they give you a no cost upgrade - not try to sell you on spending an additional $ 120 0.

That’s why I always think they are crazy for trying to advertise as being a “real” rental car company. I would NEVER rely on Turo for transportation needs in some new city. The only real purpose is to get a fun car to just tool around in and hope that you dont have anywhere important to be. Out of the dozen or so Turo cars I have rented, two have ended up a nightmare on Turo and I ended up just paying cash direct with the car owner (probably super taboo according to Turo). But overall I’ve never been stuck somehow, I figure it is mostly luck because they were completely helpless in solving the issue or even communicating it properly.
In theory their “okay let us find you another car” is not a terrible idea. But they need to comp the rental and just eat the cost if that happens!! Or at least only charge you the original amount and comp the additional amount. It would be really easy for them to do that and earn customers for life. As is they just shaft you and say good luck!
