They look very like the ones on a Smart Roadster (which have become very expensive if you happen to have a set) but they could be from one of a number of cars.

And those are the two parts of a top... not of a tonneau cover?

That sort of fairing is mystifying. I cannot see either whether the second panel also has it.

Edit: pretty sure now those are the two halves of the top of a 918 Spyder.

We wanted to shoot some pictures of it with the top off but didn’t want to set them on the ground and couldn’t find a place they fit in the car itself.
