WOW.
Curiously, Biella was home to one of the best specialists in the Stratos ever, Claudio Maglioli. He was in charge of Darniche’s, for example (and Fabrizio Tabaton’s too!).
Claudio was the younger brother of the much more famous Umberto Maglioli (

). I wonder if Andrea Chiavenuto, who takes care of Comas’ car and is also from Biella, l

(Maybe a replica.) This is the livery of Darniche’s Stratos around 1977-1978.
Michèle Mouton was loaned this very car for Montecarlo’78 (that year Darniche drove a 131 Abarth and he did not like the swap at all!). She finished seventh or eighth, I think.
