Spotted on the highway yesterday. Probably worth a lot more than what was towing it.

Poor thing was barely hitting 50 uphill with a cloud of blue oil smoke behind it.

I was in Vancouver proper, and the fines for using handheld electronics is bigly... Especially for a second offense.
