Here are the pictures I took on my walk to the East and West Boulevards.

The doors on that McCastle are hilarious. New money in the lower mainland is every bit as bad (and at least as dirty) as that in LA, Miami, or NYC.
Neglected Maverick and W201 in the driveway of a 70s stucco house speaks to the area, too.

On the plus side, at least most of the windows are the same size and shape (though such a heavy use of bay windows is a bit suspect).

Maybe there was a surplus sale, either that or the “architect” was in love with control-v on the home based house design program.

You don’t like tacky and overpriced?
I am sure it was well into 7 figures, and sold to a cash buyer who can’t really say where the money came from.
