I finally got the truck bed loose. I applied a liberal use of grinder and BFH and voilà, all four anchors came out. Hopefully tonight I will finally pull the bed off the truck. Also I highly recommend 3M 982C Cubitron sanding discs. They are expensive but Jebus do they cut and last a freaking long time. Bonus Corgi and sleeping Corgi and Great Dane for your time.

I cut the tops off of them and then ground what was left of the top down enough where I was able to smash them out with a hammer.
He hates the grinder. He was barking like crazy and shaking the truck jumping up and trying to get at me.

That’s what we think he is. He's adorable and also an asshole.

That reminds me, I should put some anchors in mine. I have some on top of the bed rails, but they’re useless for cargo that’s shorter than that.

Well I just put up a new update if you want an idea of what the bracket looks like that the anchor attaches to.
