I call it “The most expensive road going Seat... in the world."

The Ibiza is nice, but I prefer the Leon.

Is that some sort of Giugiaro exhibition?

I normally don’t care for SEAT, save for the Ateca and the Cupras. But they have a good concept. I too prefer the Leon.

That’s the Barcelona museum of Design. They gave an award to SEAT for the new Arona, I am questioning their judgement now.

The Ateca is nice.
As is it’s smaller sibling the Arona.

Well, Seat is headquartered in Catalonia. There might be some clever design inside, idk.
Also, I have to remember this place if I find myself in Barcelona someday.

Its MQB parts bin to the max... but SEAT has nice design, can’t deny it. Is it worthy of a prize? I personally think it isn’t.
Frankly, if they selected it because it’s from Catalonia, I’d be disappointed, but pretty much every vehicle in exposition was from Catalonia. I did not take pictures of those though, two mopeds, a cafe racer bike, and an electric bike. They did feature foreign designers too.
It’s worth a look! Specially the permanent gallery about products and advertisement. (5th and 4th floor iirc)

The 2000 Leon has aged so well, even compared to the Golf of its time. Almost all the other compacts of that time look 10 years older in comparision. It probably doesn’t drive that different though.

The 2000 still looks good, though the 2010 drifted off slightly with the new design lan guage, where it adopted the look of the-
Altea and Altea XL.
