I had a long post filled with provocative ad verbs and evocative imagery whi ch juxtaposed the British driving experience to American Jazz. I later went on to describe how American Cars took on influences of British Rock as compensation but instead, deleted it all to just post that I like this 2012 XF.
It’s a good car, and the new generation XF is a step back. Now enjoy the Duke giving full feature to the Cat on “El Gato.”

The number of XFRs with purchase prices in the $20-30k range has been a constant source of temptation for me.

I really want an XF supercharged (or R, ideally). But I’m not
sure if I should
push my luck with a combination of a vintage Italian, high mileage VAG,
and
a Jaaaaaaaaggggg.

Yeah, houses can be expensive. Currently remodeling master bed and bath in our house — should have had them deliver a huge vat of lube with all the materials.
