Yesterday, Madame DeLorean (not her dream car, but because she likes the nickname and she gave it an awesome tagline) took me on the best date I’ve ever had in my entire life on a day that so far as I can tell, is the best day of my life. I’m crying right now, aggggh emotions!
We went on a helicopter tour (my first ride in a helicopter!) of Chicago and had an adventure that we continued into today! Describing it in words just doesn’t do it justice! I can’t describe how happy I’ve been since meeting her. <3
A future date is possibly trying to get us behind the controls of a plane.
It’s... it’s been heaven. :)
Here’s my Chuckus for your time. I can’t wait to start modding this thing!

As someone who visits Chicago but doesn’t live there I have a question, is it bad that every landmark I see when I’m there I think Of what movie it was in.

That’s sounds great! Is she a pilot?

Movie makers seem to have a strange fetish for destroying Chicago.

Not a pilot, but she's clocked tons of hours being the person calculating load and balance on aircraft. :)

I mean, that's kinda how I am with cities that aren't Chicago or Milwaukee. lol

Cool, I wish you two the best! If you feel like it p lease update us on the ruckus too! I don’t ride bikes or scooters but really like the ruckus and think they would be fun.

Oh you know I will!! Short list of mod s:
1) Turn indicators and brake light.
2) RGB lighting.
3) New exhaust.
4) Plasti-Dip wheels.
5) New seat (current one looks boring).
6) New handlebars and brake levers.

clearly you’ve never been to the south east side.

The loadmaster. One of the most important people on the commercial flight line. A number of crashes have been attributed to improperly balanced loads and even worse, loads that have shifted on takeoff.

Yep yep! She did it for a number of years, albeit not for civil or commercial aviation . ;) We both have a future date goal of going to EAA. It was a consideration for this weekend, but we decided against the late Saturday road trip (I was late getting to her because of awful traffic ). She especially loves military aircraft. :)

That’s awesome!! Glad you had a great time!!
Lots of flight schools around here have specials on intro flights - be forewarned though, you both might get addicted!!
Airventure is July 22- 28, 2019, so Mark your calendar for it!!

130s or 17s?
![]() 07/30/2018 at 02:01 |

Definitely 130s, though IIRC she mentioned 17s as well?

Sounds great! I think a red seat would look great on the white frame

You’re freaking brilliant! I didn’t know if I should go just white stitching or what, but red (with red stitching, maybe?) sounds even better!

17 rode nicer the one time I was a passenger. 130s were loud and hot on the tarmac, and just loud in the air.

Loud, stupid phone.

I like red with red because I’d be worried about white thread turning yellow over time but it would look cool

yeah but usually its always the same stretch that runs along the river from the lake to where it splits into the north and south branches, along wacker drive
