According to the signage, this is the path that the now infamous Kinder Morgan pipeline will be traversing.
This is the training crane for the BC Maritime Employers’ Association, on Mitchell Island. I saw it from as close as I could get back in January, and will get to that album soon.

I remember that Sandman from a fun event when Seatac closed because of snow, and I became stuck at YVR. Coldest I have experienced in the lower mainland, -15C or so the next morning.
