So I put it on my cube at work. Moved to a new cube last week and have already gotten a bunch of comments on it. The answer to the question “Do you like birds?” is “Yeah, on the golf course, love em.”

Still need to get some other trinkets, but that’ll come in time. I do also have this Mercedes Benz hood ornament.

As well as this award that I found in the place where we store all of our old broken things.

Yup, been running things  since I was 2.

I have a coworker whose cube shelf is something of a necropolis. Stuffed duckling, desiccated bat, wren(?), deer skull, horseshoe crab shell, stuffed baby caiman, and a wide range of insects.

My cube, the closest thing to death has been a Monty Python King Arthur action figure stepping off into space... with a noose. I didn’t set it up and it isn’t up now, but it was a thing for a while. Before I put Arthur over on a filing cabinet in a “draw me like one of your French girls” pose.

We had a very similar taxidermy bird when I was at Ford. May I recommend getting clothing to decorate it with for the holidays.
