I honestly don’t remember this car. Great gas mileage but brakes like my ‘81 Chevy Citation I had in H.S.

This is a car I’d be afraid to drive at 70mph to begin with.

I used to work with someone that commuted in one of these Horizons. The interior had completely fallen apart at that point. He did nothing but gas, tires, and oil.

Friend of mine had the Dodge version ( Omni 024) in HS. I think it had the bigger engine- the 2.2. He beat the daylights out of that car, and it held up. It was relatively tossa ble in the hands of a 16 year old idiot, too.
Fun fact - it was renamed the Dodge Charger at one point, and it’s basically the same as the Rampage pickup that Oppos occasionally swoon over.

I forgot about the Plymouth version. Remember this as the Omni 024, which later grew into the Charger/Turismo.

That's what I said. Didn't the Honda CVCC have way less?

1st gen Civic had a whopping 50hp (1.1L)
52hp (1.2L)
cvcc equipped cars ( 1975 on) 53hp (40kw)
1978 cvcc 60hp (45kw)
