It’s entirely possible they're all cars belonging to employees of the company that reserved the spaces. I'm not going to go to our guy who talks to the building management company like, "hi yes I would like you to tell the building manager that there's a Ferrari F12 parked in two reserved spaces on P2 and they should really do something about that because it's AGAINST THE RULES."

Well if it says reserved, and they both say the same name, then that is very different.
It also wouldn't make any sense unless he's trying to look like a douche to everyone in the building.
