Well... theres a first time for everything.
I’m not even sure how it happened. Checked it, put it in my pocket and got in the 4Runner. Got out at the restaurant, look at my phone and it’s cracked.
This is going to be expensive.

never cracked a screen. (knocks on wood)
but then i’ve only had a mobile for 8 years.

This is my first time. And it's not that I've had low risk phones. I've had touchscreen phones for about that long and this is my first screen break.

Unless I hit it with the seat belt buckle, I guess a pack of gum is stronger than a flagship smartphone.

Do you have the tempered glass screen protector?

No. I've had really bad luck with those because the curvature doesn't match the curvature of the phone. If you look closely you can see the edge of one of the film ones.

It's a trimmed piece of vinyl and you apply it like window tint or PPF with a solution that it comes with. More effort but worth it
