Appears to be clean. Bonus, the same dealer has another in black with half the miles but $3200 more.

We were looking at a 1999 Boxter for sale with 70000 miles for about $9000, so this seems reasonable .
Have you driven a 1st gen Boxter? If not, you are in for a treat! The engine sounds absolutely amazing, the shift action is a ta d bit long but immensely satisfying, and the flywheel weighs nothing so you can shift really quickly. Oh and the steering feel is amazeballs!

Shockingly, I have. Many moons ago, there was a Groupon or LivingSocial deal to drive on a race track. I was going to do a single seater Formula Ford, but my two big feet covered all 3 pedals. So the option was a Boxster with a race cage: one with a auto and one with the manual. I drove the manual by choice and default because the other guy couldn’t drive stick. 10 laps of pure joy and a bruise on my left shin due to the intrusion of the cage into the footwell!
So, I’ve driven a manual 968 on the street (front engine), and a Boxster on track (mid engine).
Now if I could just get my friend to let me drive his ‘ 74 Targa....

It’s about in line with the market, but good records and a double row IMS could make it a good deal.
But is that an airbag light on in the last picture?

I do believe you are correct.
