That, right there, is one of my favorite local brews. I took a variety of beers out to my folk’s place in SoCal last year, and Daze of Summer was a hit.
Of course, it doesn’t hurt that it has something resembling a VW bus on the label, pretty much guaranteeing a sale to me...

It’s still funny to me that O’Fallon is a massive brewery now. I know the people who started it (their son and I were in the same grade in school) , and remember back when “O’Fallon Gold” was the only thing they brewed .

The Wheach was my jam for a bit.

My wife loved the original Wheach, but I think it was just O’Fallon Peach then, and they changed something (made it wheatier?) for Wheach. At least as far as I remember.

Let’s hope no one from VW’s motherland sees the bottle and decides to sue for the van resembling a Type 2.
It’s nice to see O’Fallon getting more popular. I remember when they were a scrappy uber-underdog helping to reinforce the idea that St. Louis is more than just a Budweiser town, thanks in part to Schlafly doing so well.
