Spotted MustangKyle in the wild. It’s a 1965 mustang body built around tube frame that is attached to C5 Vette (cammed) ls1, & transaxle.
Push rod suspension is hot.

I saw pics of this like a year ago, I assumed it was a WIP, no? Don’t they plan on finishing the bodywork, smoothing it out and painting it?
I mean it looks cool as-is, but sometimes I think that people just go the rat-rod route because they are afraid of failure if they try to make it proper. I’m sure it can be a money or time issue, or just personal preference, but with a build like this I think we can assume the guy has the means to finish the project.

He is a fabricater by trade, so the tube frame is well built.

I split. The mustang the body came from was a rust bucket, code top much to go back to original. The C5 parts came from the salvage title. So he saved 2 cars in a way.
