Well, the OP had his windows down.
Also, it was in the 40's this morning, and a bit windy, so personally I drove my convertible but didn’t even put the top down.
Here in Chicago, top down, windows up, seat heaters on is a pretty good way to deal with sunny days in the 30's and 40's IMHO.

Those are EA, expanded antique. This was Friday when it was mid 60s. Definitely had the roof panel off and windows down on the commute home today.

We had a brief chat at the next light. I generally get waves from all generations. But if there was a generation that was more... snobbish? it would probably be the C7 crowd.
