It’s finally starting to melt out on the local trails. This is as far as I made it tonight. The trails around here are fantastic we just have a short ridding season and short growing season.

There is one for skiing and there are like three of us on it and the only way to get a decent amount of people to see the writing is to share it to oppositelock.

I just go my bike out and started to tune it up. Brake bleed and it’ll be all set. In a recurring theme, I need to get out more this year.

We got a late start this year due to the amount of snow that had to melt. I’m usually on the trails by early April-late March. My first trail ride was last Thursday and I encountered much snow.

It snowed here today, but nothing that stuck. It’s been wet enough lately to make it sloppy. We’ve had a really mild winter, so I could’ve gone out a few times. I’m afraid my hard core days are probably behind me, but I still like getting out on some cross country trails. There are a few areas nearby that have a good trail network that I can ride to from the house.
