I’ve never been to a race there, but I did visit once. One of my sister’s friends from college had a beach house nearby, you could see one end of the track from his front balcony. His father owned the racetrack!
I don’t know if it’s still the same family, but they were nice people. The little museum they had built up onsite was pretty cool.
