That’s usually because the sauce shouldn’t go on until right before you bite in. That delicious crust shouldn’t be soggy.

One of my favorite meals! I was gutted when my favorite local Italian place pulled the veal parm from the menu. They still have the chicken, and it’s delicious, so not all is lost, but I ordered the veal EVERY damn time we went there. (Judge away! Lol)
