Where we lay down the law on appropriate measures to take for different levels of automotive wrongdoings. Completely unrelated picture from work.

The only rule, you post something bad (breaking a glass bottle on the road and not cleaning it up, going 30mph on an onramp, driving a Mirage, etc.) and someone else responds with the appropriate punishment.

So, my example is leaving broken glass on the road. What do we do with these subhumans?
