veggie burger for the missus, black angus for the daughter... served on a moon seed kaiser with wok fried chips(salted and peppered) and a roma plum tomato

that little lip up top means when you shake the pan the fries just get airtime and land right back in the pan
trying fries in the wok was an experiment i tried a while back that worked out fantastically.... just gotta keep on shaking them

That will remind him about Friesland too much. Which isn’t pronounced the same as the US version of fries at all, but still.
“IE” in Dutch (and German) is pronounced as “EA” in English I guess.
