stopped by after work and finally got around to fixing up my doorcards and speaker grills. Rivets and nice hardware > zipties. Back when I ordered the door cards last year, the company shipped me the wrong hardware. Took awhile, but I finally got everything (and tons of spares) from ‘em.
Press fit apparently. I probably should have drilled out the door holes slightly, but instead I used a pair of needle nose pliers to roll the edges back enough to hammer the fittings in.

I used that method to change the bore of my flute. It works.
Door looks good, Mr. Fancy Pants.

I’d like to nominate needle nose pliers into the same category as duct tape, zip ties and a big hammer.

I’ll second that nomination.
You just described the essential survival tool kit right there.
