I didn’t think it would be long before Chevy had their own name.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I don’t hate the name and I hope it produces a Blazer Bison to properly compete with the Bronco.
Now we just need a Silverado Sterling to compete with the F150 Platinum lol

I heard the Indians used every part of the Bison.
So look for a Mahindra clone very soon.

yeah, GM basically got out of the heavy duty (Class 8) truck market in the ‘80s. the Bison was a twin of the GMC General alongside the cabover Chevy Titan and GMC Astro. They had the med-heavy duty (class 7) Chevy Bruin and GMC Brigadier below them. Sold the operation off to Volvo Truck but kept the class 5-7 Kodiak/Topkick going for some time longer.
It has to have been at least 20 years since I’ve seen a Bison or General on the road. Probably 10 years since I saw a Brigadier; and I remember that one because it had a screaming two-stroke Detroit Diesel underhood. can hear those from a mile away.

Am I the only one that wants a return of the trailblazer?
Please GM?

I’ve got good news and bad news.
Good news, they never stopped making it
Bad news, they still don’t plan on selling it in the US or Canada

with rumors they’ll get back into the 6-7 classes to compete with the F-750. They probably would still have been there had it not been for the BK.

It’s a little FnF though;
Factory custom parts are not custom..
It looks nice enough but all the fun is picking your own parts.. and endeing up with something different than the next one.

Does this mean that the GMC iteration will be called the Moose or the Pronghorn?

It’ll be known as the Gnu.

Yeah. I’ve seen that one. Shame they won’t bring it to the US and put an LT in it.
Cue: ‘it could happen’ kid from angels in the outfield.

I’m not sure why they don’t, midsize BOF SUV market is the 4runner and a few luxury cars. I’d buy one
