1 cage nut snapped of 4, and 3 of 4 gave me hell. Click for an automotive horror show!

This doesn’t look so bad....

This bastard is a sleeve connected to a washer, that was sandwiched between the body, frame, and the bushing, so there was no way to get it out. Broke out the dremel
DING DING DING WE HAVE A WINNER!!! it was Shop Teacher, with a correct guess of 1/4 slipped cage nuts. This one is the passenger side front, so it isn’t the worst thing in the world.
The earlier sleeved washer cut out.
The worst keyholed bolt I have yet seen.
This is my enthused face.
All the bolts are broken free now, with the exception of the one shitty one. Back two successfully replaced, and the front two should be easy. that just leaves the middle two.
I no longer believe this car will get done this summer.

The back two were the ones I was worried about, because of the cutting involved. I honestly was expecting this exact scenario but on the drivers side.
