Technology that is supposed to make things so much easier is causing a major headache right now. Face-to-face communications could literally solve this issue in 30 seconds. Instead, I’ve got 5+ hours dealing with proprietary software, broken links, poor web design, and multiple email threads. Here’s a nice bathroom...

It doesn’t help that the GE courses in university usually don’t include psychology.

Interesting. A back-mitered handle with no washers, coupled with square-profile hinges and clamps. The handle almost doesn’t work. I would have gone with the 8" mitered tubular pull, or a ladder pull, either would pair much better with that showerhead neck and towel bar.

Now that you mention it... There is a decidedly noticeable lack of uniformity in the hardware present within this bathroom.
But the faucet was a super high flow unit and somehow didn’t splash at all and I will forgive MANY sins for a bathroom that doesn’t use eco-friendly low water pressure nozzles.

“call us for any help!”
*calls number, receives email address to send any questions to*
*sends email, receives reply with directions on how to find FAQ’s online*
*checks FAQ’s (again) finding nothing relavent, besides a phone number for “any help outside of what you see here!”

It’s one thing when something inherently difficult gives you a hard time; it’s another level of infuriating when something meant to be very simple becomes a huge headache.

One week later: “here’s the quote you requested”
The plastic piece and some circuitry designed in 1995 costs $5000

Truer words have never been spoken. I’m so close to landing a major career upgrade, having little issues like this pop up is enough to drive me crazy.

You’re the first person I thought of when I saw it.

Take a crap, shave my face, go to work. I don’t need to do that in the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
