Love these. It’s so hard to find one in the Northeast without several pounds of bondo slapped onto the fenders. I aspire to own a 454/3 pedal example in rwd with the barn doors and a hideous 80s 2 tone paint job.

I knew some folks with a 454/auto and the thing was gutless.

I love me some square body, especially the Suburbans. My dad had one when we were growing up so I think of them fondly

Not my choice, either, but that’s easy to fix. Was specifically looking for a blue 4x4-

THat’s an earlier one, if I’m not mistaken, like maybe a ‘77. I liked the hoods on those.

Even earlier, I believe that’s either a ‘73 or ‘74.

Yep its an absolute turd without an overhaul, but that’d be part of the fun. Also the main function is a 7 liter noisemaker

I’m going to put my money on ‘77. But I’m going to let the people decide.

Fair enough! Can’t say that I’m sure about it, other than to say that I like it.

Just don’t test me on 60s GM cars, it’s highly likely I’d be right on those. :)

Today was the closest I’ve looked at this question.
