Heading to bed!

My fuel pump has shipped, should be here Thursday. I have not yet found any god DAMN GROMMETS FOR MY GOD DAMNED WIPER MOTOR within what I have arbitrarily deemed as a reasonable price

All systems nominal Captain.

My braided steel brake lines arrived today. I paid a small fortune to have them sent overnight... a week ago.

Haha, that’s horrible

Desperately hoping to see a big radiator and aluminum overflow tank at my door before this weekend. I keep getting HALF of the parts I need for any given project delivered on time and it’s really starting to drive me nuts

It’s literally the worst thing that’s happened in my life lately (I stopped reading the news) so I could not fucking care less. I’m in Bliss Town.

Oh I did get a new to me toolchest. Traded my smaller, lighter unit to a fellow Oppo with space constraints.

As a Canadian, I can relate to shipping pains. Hopefully the rest of your stuff comes soon enough!

Damn, I need a day at the beach like that.

Oof

Why is it that the little things are always so damn expensive?

Thanks, you too!

Sleep is a wonderful thing! Cherish it, man.

That’s my back yard. The beach is a two block walk!

Jealous. Was stuck behind the desk today thinking how it’s been at least 12 years since I’ve gone this long without seeing the ocean. Yay, promotions?

The worst part? I ordered a little suede steering wheel brush last minute (it was $3, figured I’d give it a shot on my beat up Momo wheel) and they delayed my entire order by two weeks waiting for the brush. RAGE.
Oh, yikes. Yeah I can’t complain, I’ve seen what my Canadian friends deal with on a regular basis. At least I have one hour Amazon shipping to make me feel better

In this case it’s because there seems to be less than 5 NOS left in existence.

Well, my front caster bearings just arrived, so maybe I won’t keep pulling to the side after tonight.

Some kid around here whining about school and driving a panther... made me think of you..

Not bad, actually. Been having a good time lately and it’s finally beginning to warm up again. Has me very optimistic for what’s up next.
Did you lower the car? Looks really good!

I don’t blame them for moaning about high school. College allows for more autonomy and flexibility (the current Canadian education system fails to recognize that the path to adulthood is a gradual one). As for Panthers, they remind me of myself in middle school - the performance limitations of a fat kid on roller skates are found quite quickly. I haven’t roller skated since. ;)

Nice! It was actually already lowered on coilovers, the front lipp and new wheels just accentuate that.

Ah cool! I’m thinking about treating myself and buying some coilovers soon, but at the same time I’m debating on buying a cool project like an S2000 or something. I’ll likely just end up waiting a few months before I can even decide lol.
