SO some of you may or let’s be honest may not remember that back in the fall I picked up a broken power wheels f150 for my son for the grand total of 0 dollars usd. Well due to winter and a knee surgery my father in law wasn’t able to work on it but it’s running now thanks to a 10 dollar accelerator switch and an old golf cart battery my dad wasn’t using and this kid loves it. Oh and my son loves it too!
THe body work is a bit beat up but for 10 bucks total you can’t beat the ear to ear grin on my son’s face. That said new paint is likely in the future

I have the best parents in the world and I love them dearly BUT....
I will still never forgive them for denying me my dream of having a powerwheels jeep when I was a kid. Good on you.

Haha my parents never got me one either but when someone on a Facebook group was giving one away for free I figured how hard could it be to get them fixed lol

And you could’ve always went the drill motor route too. I’ve seen where they hop these things up with cordless drill bits and pieces. I might have to go scavenging for a busted one. I’ve got a few spare 18v Milwaukee’s I could pilfer for parts :)

Awesome! My little one took a joyride in her big sister’s Power Wheels.
