and you leave everything to your family.... but they hate eachother
owner of a garage near me passed away nearly 30 years ago... the family is still fighting about who should get what so nothing can be sold as the building and the cars slowly rot away... been a while since ive been past the place the last time i did the boards under the shop windows had rotted through and school kids were exploring the space... i suspect theres very little left there worth saving now..
(somebody starred an ancient post of mine and reminded me of these pics... figured i’d share the sadness)
(picks taken by some art students who got permission... so dont go thinking i can take good pics.... im really quite crap at it)

lol... the google maps picture is more recent than my last visit.... looks like they boarded up the rotten wood below the windows and put a fence up to keep the kids out.... but are still leaving everything to rot
